Oh nice, I really love the colors you used. And a background! :D I think this is the only style that I've seen that looks good colored outside of the lines. The bg and texture of the paper gives it a more detailed feeling than the artwork actually suggests. Only thing I have to say is that the fish looks a little flat compared to the fox, since it's more or less one solid color.

Yes, the lineart's small lines and the fluffy plushness of the coloring style (for the fox) really do blend well.
